Whether you’re an experienced developer or trade professional, or embarking on your first property project and unsure where to begin, our approach is flexible, clear and tailored to you. We understand that no two projects – or clients – are the same. That’s why our service is structured to dovetail with what you need to provide the level support needed along the journey. The advice and technical expertise required from us can be agreed and evolve as you move through each stage.
To make the process straightforward and transparent, we break our work down into four core stages, taking you from initial ideas, developing a chosen direction, preparation and submission of statutory applications, preparing working drawings and construction details ensuring full co-ordination with other consultants, specialists and suppliers. We can then support and advise you through tender and procurement options, ensuing everything is well prepared for the works to commence. We then offer an ad-hoc, planned site visits or undertake a more formal monitoring role.
